PlateXchange
PlateXchange was developed to bring together a new niche of sites that have launched over the last several years. The niche sites focus on user submitted reports of driving incidents. These reports can be uniquely identifiable by using the license plate of the vehicle. PlateXchange offers an Open Source API via Web Services for webmasters or developers wishing to consume this service and participate in the network.
